A- The waist measurement measures the circumference around the waistband of the pants unstretched. To compare with your own measurements, measure the circumference around your natural waist. B- The hip measurement measures the circumference around the hip area of the pants unstretched. To compare with your own measurements, measure the circumference around your hips. C- The inseam measures the inner leg length of the pants. To compare with your own measurements, measure your inner leg length from the crotch down to the ankle.
