PERFORMANCE

Different terrain and riding styles can benefit from specific shoe features. Grip, protection, weight, and breathability are all factors that can affect your on-bike experience.		Level 4 Flex provides a strong power transfer to the pedal, support for long descents, and enough compliance for a secure pedal connection while offering a small amount of trail feedback.		Our medium volume last can accommodate a vast range of foot shapes, but an average volume foot will be most comfortable. Larger feet will be comfortable sizing a half-size up.

TECHNOLOGY

Our softest, most grippy compound, MAX GRIP is dialed specifically for the utmost pedal contact and feel but also upholding a high level of durability. Downright tacky and responsive, it is the ideal instrument for the most demanding days on the bike.		We partner with D30 to incorporate impact absorbing materials in our insoles and medial collar protection throughout much of our line. This soft, lightweight and flexible material is ideal for footwear – reducing feedback from the trail and harsh impacts through our Zone Technology insoles and adding crank protection in our premium gravity and enduro models.		Our new Tallac and Flume BOA® shoes utilize the BOA® Fit System for a micro-adjustable, precision fit with strong, flexible, and low-friction textile TX4 Laces.		New for 2022, Cordura material is used in uppers of our Tallac and Flume series. This high performance durable fabric is lightweight and breathable, ideal for our trail applications.
